Baking Fraction Challenge

Baking Fractions Challenge - take a recipe, double it & use only a 1/2 cup & a half teaspoon to measure ingredients with. Want to make it more challenging? Use the 1/3 cup and 1/4 teaspoon. 

My son made us some scrumptious lemon cookies doing this challenge. We put the extras in the freezer for later. Here's the recipe he used, but you can choose your own.
