Creation Station

One of the centers on regular repeat during enrichment classes is the Creation Station. While the premise of the center is consistent, the materials and goals vary. Sometimes the materials are left to drive the imagination. Other times there is a specific goal in mind, such as last week when we began our study of fibers and clothing the students made puppets and fashioned clothing for them. The materials are always a mix of repurposed items and specific building materials. Recently the Enrichment Program was able to connect with two local sign shops Singarama and FastSigns, who donated scrap materials.
