3rd Grade & 3D Design

3rd graders have been learning how to use Tinkercad, a 3D design program, a kid friendly version of Autocad used in industries like construction. They’ve worked on designing houses, cars and now bubble wands to be printed by our 3D printer. Shaun Langevin, one of the district’s technology integration specialists is guiding us through the process helping learners understand how to design based on the capabilities and limitations of our printer.
